Since arriving in America in 2003, Fábio carried with him a lifelong dream: to open
his own pizzeria. After years of dedication working in local pizza shops, that dream
became a reality with the opening of Giorgio’s right in the heart of Hudson,
Massachusetts.
At Giorgio’s, you’ll find a touch of Brazilian flavor in every detail.
We’ve created a warm, inviting space with comfortable seating where you can relax
